RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Manpower Master Data Management – 100% accuracy of department mapping, cost centers, reporting matrix & other manpower personal details
- Contract Manpower Management – Deployment of Manpower as the department requirement.
- Preparation of comprehensive monthly/quarterly/half yearly HR MIS reports and Dashboards
- DMS Management
- Attendance & leave management.
- Process separations (F&F).
- Processing of departmental invoices/bills through SAP/NIS
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
- Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
- Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
- Processing employee benefits and policy related claims
- MIS and analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making.
- Verification & reconciliation of monthly payroll
- Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard
- Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to finance.
- Adherence to SOPs / DOA / Policy
- Managing Mediclaim Benefits, Coordinating with TPA for queries and settlements
