Indian B2B industrial products platform, Moglix, is embarking on an ambitious expansion plan, aiming to add 500 new employees to its workforce over the next 18 months. This hiring spree follows a period of rapid business growth and strong funding, as the company seeks to solidify its leadership position in the B2B commerce space.
The expansion will see Moglix’s workforce grow to over 500-600 employees across various functions including enterprise MRO, supply chain management, manufacturing, finance, and sales. The company is specifically looking for individuals with expertise in industrial sales, procurement, and financing, targeting professionals at all levels from associates to directors.

This recruitment drive comes alongside the company’s recent expansion of operational capabilities. In the past year, Moglix has launched nine new warehouses across various cities, strengthening its geographical footprint and operational efficiency. Additionally, upgrades to existing facilities in major cities showcase Moglix’s commitment to scaling up storage, supply chain effectiveness, and corporate functions.
