Job Responsibilities:-
- Manage complete HR partnering and lifecycle for Delhi airport based employees (~1000 employees). Engage regularly with all stakeholders (station) and work as a member of the station leadership team to understand business specific needs and drive people agenda
- Act as an employee champion through constant pulse, employee connects and other engagement avenues
- Manage processes like PMS , engagement , recognitions , exits etc for the station
- Define & support collection of relevant data for meaningful analysis (attrition, manpower, R&R and performance, dashboards, etc.)
- Manage employee grievances and queries through HR Shared Services support – station level HR Ops including grievance closure, emergency situations, data sanctity , investigations etc
- Provide feedback to HR leadership on critical HR issues in the station
- Support communication processes within the region to ensure consistency of culture, values, and experience among employees
- Supporting the conceptualization, design and implementation of various station level customized engagement initiatives
Educational Qualification:-
- MBA in HR will be preferred
Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years:-
- 7-10 years
