As a Assistant /Deputy Manager – HR/HRBP, your mission will be to Support HR Manager – Product Company Nashik in executing the best HR practices and Deliver results in achieving prompt quality response in various HR processes as but not limited to what mentioned below:
- Hire to Retire Porcess-HR Generalist Role
- Strengthen the recruitment process of professional recruitment sources with “competitive cost & high impact approach”
- Work hand in hand with line managers in providing them end to end Internal as well as external recruitment solutions for all openings including – Apprentices & Trainees.
- Follow recruitment process in line with group guidelines such as approvals and compensation parity
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience to newly recruited employees
- Timely manage and maintain workflows in various HR Databases
- Ensure meeting group targets for Mission, P & D Review thru HRLink Master Employee database
- Coordinate and execute employer branding activities with the support of Corporate Communications.
- Maintain My Learning database for training plans, deliveries, feedback and effectiveness
- Monitor incidents and accidents in line with group definition
- Time to time update and collate data for people management reporting (monthly & quarterly)
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities with creativity
- Provide inputs for payroll processing for bargainable as well as non-bargainable employees
- Assist PC HR Manager to ensure statutory compliances and effective liasoning with Government Authorities.
- Maintain and report statutory compliances
- Monitor and implement work permit system in coordination with IMS
- Provide timely support to all employees in medical contingencies including Health Insurance formalities
- Maintain cordial business oriented relation with the Union by participating in meetings and ensure terms and conditions agreed with them during the wage settlement are strictly adhered
- Administer company canteen and guesthouse facility
- Coordinate and execute all internal as well as external communications in line with company policy

Educational requirements:-
- Degree in any discipline and professional qualification in HRM from reputed Management Institute
Experience & Knowledge requirements:-
- HR generalist with minimum 8 – 10 years of experience.
- Functional knowledge within all aspects of HR function with special focus on recruitment, employee engagement, competence development and retention.
- Must be able to relate effectively to employees at all levels of the company.
Personality requirements:-
- Well-organized, approachable, proactive individual who is team player with the right attitude.
- Highly self-motivated HR professional with excellent facilitation, communication and inter-personal skills.
