This is a newly created role within the Global Systems & Platforms Team in GHROps. GHROps is a complex organization with global scope over both operational and innovation activities. This role will report to the the GHROPs Systems & Platforms HR Operations Support Sr Manager and will support incidents resolutions as well as execute and coordinate service requests. This will requireme alignment and approval from their managing lead and collaboration with GHROPs AMS support team, third party vendors and IT.
The objective of this role support including acitivites related to:
- Operations Support/Environment:-
- Execute incident resolution – systems and integrations (BOOMI, CPI, Integration Center) – partnership with PepsiCo IT
- Support and execute employee data mass loads (including load validation)
- Coordinate ticket resolution with different stakeholders
- Configuration & Security:-
- Application configuration & security including –
- Reorganizations, acquisitions, divestitures support
- Break/Fix, CR, CCB & Special Project support
- Performance management, learning, succession planning tickets and service requests
- Annual process configuration updates (salary plans, performance goals, PDR forms, etc.)
- Translation Management
- Review and assessment of configuration, security workbook and Separation of Duties documentation maintenance
- Testing:-
- SuccessFactors release testing support
- Operations testing (BAU) – Break/Fix, CCB, CRs & special projects
Responsibilities:-
- Lead data management incidents and provide resolution, root-causes analysis and standard operating procedures
- Lead the mass data management for the system by managing the queues and setting expectations for clientes on the mass load processes.
- Support and resolve day-to-day integrations related issues, including resource management, priorities, emergencies and other support actitivities.
- Appropriately assess impacts and risk on integrations issues and failures and communicate back to management for proper escalations
- Consult with business clients, when needed, to determine gaps on the performance of integrations and business requirements
- Lead the coordination of integrations defects with the Employee Central Issue/Incident Lead as well as the HCM Issue and Integrations lead to evaluate the result from proper analysis
- Create and maintain periodic KPI dashboards and of all operations support incidents to present to leadership
- Assist, as needed, on any global system outages and provide up to date status on any issues
- Be able to verify and confirm the troubleshooting steps provided by the different vendors and accurately determine next steps for resolution
Qualification And Experience:-
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or Human Resources
- 3-5+ years of experience in HCM system implementations/HRIT
- Experience on working in large scale HCM ERP/Cloud solutions: Employee Central or SAP HCM preferred, but will consider Workday, PeopleSoft or Oracle HRMS
- 3+ years of experience with an ITSM (IT Service Management) type ticketing solution / ITIL Framework
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong critical thinking and analysis skills
- Experience in documentation and developing processes and procedures with multiple teams
- Ability to collaborate, establish and maintain credible and influential relationships at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize and ancipiate issues as well as to make connections on different issues
- Strong Detailed-oriented skills
- Capability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language according to their audiencte
- High stress tolerance
