As a Manager, you will provide guidance to the operational teams for recruitment projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for HR products, processes or services. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between teams. Through your comprehensive knowledge of the HR domain, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies.
Responsibilities:-
- Create the link with hiring managers between new hire and ongoing talent assessment to ensure progression of a robust future internal talent pipeline.
- Manage the offer process for external incumbents, including pre-employment screening and offer development.
- Develop an understanding of Pfizer’s Benefits Program and its competitive advantage in the market.
- Develop effective tracking tools to support providing consistent communication on program effectiveness to business and HR colleagues based on quality, cost, efficiency and feedback.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques for senior or mid-level positions including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, utilization of external research, etc.
- Increase incumbent flow and develop strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality incumbents.
- Maximize use of employer branding closely linked to Pfizer Employee Value.
- Achieve recruitment metrics against global targets.
- Create, develop and execute additional program activities including but not limited to Lunch-And-Learns, professional and social networking activities.
- Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives, forecasts and plan resource requirements for projects across the department.
Qualification And Experience:-
Must-Have:-
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of experience
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-role recruitment projects and initiatives for business clients
- Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state laws and regulations applicable to hiring practices
- Ability to conduct research, including data collection and reporting methodologies, utilizing various analytic tools
- Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving, influence and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
Nice-to-Have:-
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
- Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience will be an added advantage
