- Partner with Business to define and implement the overall business strategy for the respective Function. Help translate business strategies into HR strategies
- Proactively facilitate and coach in change management and organizational development initiatives as a business partner
- Key role in leading and anchoring employee engagement for the respective Functions/ Departments
- Serve as a trusted employee advisor at all levels
- Linking, translating and integrating HR work and priorities with functional managers
- Represent HR to the respective population and deliver recurring HR services and processes with SDT
Responsibilities:-
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:-
- Effectively partner with Business to anticipate and provide appropriate solutions to deliver desired business results to Finance, R&D , HR, IT , PPGA & Comms, Legal & Design
- Ensure policy consistency/compliance
- Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent
- Help line managers solve business problems
- Key point of contact for grievance handling for the respective population
- Liaison with COE teams for various HR support from TA , TM and TR perspective
- Hiring for L1-5 roles
- Execute tools/ programs to drive employee engagement
- Execute communications
- Develop local/ Functional succession plans
- Play an active role in PepsiCo values/ culture/ engagement work (leveraging COE work for local activation)
- OHS Action planning and implementation of same at each function level.
Qualifications:-
Experience and Qualification:-
- MBA from Tier 1 /2 B schools , 6-8 years of experience in the field of HR
