The senior manager will report to the Director of People Operations APAC, and has the following
key responsibilities:
- Leading with care and empathy, you will be responsible for the overall performance and the engagement of the People Operations team in the region,
- You will oversee and ensure that all operational responsibilities including and not limited to data integrity of Workday system, timely onboarding and offboarding, job changes and employee services,
- You will manage and directly oversee complex and escalated issues raised by employees or managers, and guide the team in issue resolutions where required,
- You will ensure KPI/SLA are adhered to global standards and share the key insights and recommend enhancements,
- You will analyse data and provide insights to senior management,
- You will ensure that our processes are compliant to Vialto’s standards and country regulatory requirements,
- You will lead/participate in global projects related to systems enhancements, policies changes, programs and processes,
- You will work and collaborate globally, standardizing, simplifying, and automating HR operational processes and services,
- You will need to exercise sound judgment and business acumen to influence outcomes,
- You will perform other tasks in People Operations as assigned by the superior or manager.
Qualification And Experience:-
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10+ years people leadership experience with a progressive track record of success, especially in the HR Operations related field,
- Setting and managing team objectives and goals, performance management, career development, HRIS (Workday) escalation management,
- Experience leading multicultural teams and liaising with various other teams within APAC and other regions,
- Experience leveraging continuous improvement best practices to identify improvement strategies and innovation,
- Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives by improving, simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes and systems,
- Managing to data and metric based decisions, process design and performance, operational reviews, efficiency, effectiveness,
- Experience leading multicultural teams and stakeholders,
- Possess strong influence skills and manage stakeholder’s expectations to achieve desired outcomes,
