Business partner:-
- Partner with the business throughout the lifecycle of a professional’s journey with the firm. Work with Lead Talent Advisory and with Business leadership to forecast and plan for short, medium, and long-term headcount needs and work with Talent Acquisition CoE to fulfill these requirements in a timely manner while maintaining the quality of talent
- In collaboration with Deployment teams, ensure there is effective deployment of professionals with a healthy mix of diversity in each team
- Carry out Performance Management process for your business and provide development inputs to Development CoE to build suitable learning interventions based on business needs
- Play the role of a collaborator and adviser to the Development CoE to provide input for the changing learning and talent Development requirements of the professionals
- Be the single point of contact for professionals and answer their talent related queries
- Actively identify areas of process improvement and drive such changes in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide timely reports and analytics to the Talent Leadership as well as Business leadership
- Work with business leaders and FSS communications team to establish regular cadence/calendar of talent communications and collaborate with the Strategy and Communication COE to determine the strategy for providing key messaging to the business
- Serve as a cultural steward and continuously monitor and communicate organizational culture and engagement to the business to foster a culture that creates competitive advantage for the business while ensuring Talent services are aligned with culture and various compliance regulations
- Share talent related insights from the industry to the talent team through formal and informal interactions
Managing Relationships:-
- Building collaborative working relationships with various Talent COEs (e.g. Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Development, Engagement; Global Mobility; Alumni Relations etc.) to influence design of policy and interventions and to ensure smooth execution of various initiatives.
- Build strong ability to influence larger Talent BA teams across US and USI to bring uniformity in employee experience
- Collaborate with the COEs on Green Dot(firmwide) strategies that may influence the FSS approach
Qualifications:
Required:-
Education:-
- MBA or Equivalent Degree
Preferred:-
- Certifications like SHRM, PHR, SPHR etc.
- Experience: 10 to 14 Years
Skills:-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good command over English
- Experience dealing with senior executives in a large matrixed organization
- Ability to drive consensus and support for efforts across disparate groups, lead stakeholders to a common goal
- Ability to partner with business and provide critical advice for decision making
- Ability to network with relevant stakeholders and build strong relationships, leveraging support from team members and providing them guidance
- Smart planning, project management and proven execution skills
- Ability to analyze data and make sound observations and recommendations
