As the L&TD Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the overall L&TD function for India region
- Creating training programmes that are aligned with the organisation’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are
- Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, instructor led or coaching
- Engage and partner with the HR Partners, Business and the Leadership team identify the L&TD priorities for the region.
- Identify and implement programs for the key talent *individuals
- Manage and own the key annual programs – Early Careers (India Graduate Program), SNCL Leadership signature programs, Annual People Process and mid-year review. This includes their end-to-end deployment, nomination process, evaluate effectiveness and partnering with the corporate L&TD and regional HR team for roll out and training.
- Curate and facilitate bespoke learning interventions for specific stakeholder groups where required.
- Building relationships with international and regionally based external L&D partners.
- Develop a learning culture and awareness of L&TD initiatives in the business and lead regional initiatives such as Career Development Month, LMS adoption etc to foster this.
- Create the L&TD budget and manage within the same
- Lead/ supervise a small team
- Be part of Global L&TD projects and participate in the global L&TD calls (at different time zones).
Qualification And Experience:-
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferrable in HR
- Additional certifications in L&TD will be an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively. Strong English language skills
- Experience in facilitating, content design and delivery, understanding Training styles and experience working on Learning platforms will be an advantage
- 8-10 years’ work experience, with at least 4 years in an L&D/Talent specialist role.
- Open to work from office (with limited hybrid option), mobile and open to travel within India
- Highly motivated and ability to work independently
