Responsible for administering various HR programs, policies and procedures such as: technical recruitment, onboarding, trainee/internship program, training and development, employee morale/motivation, benefits and compensation, legal compliance, performance management, financial responsibility, communications, and policy/procedure development and implementation. Maintains strict confidentiality and data integrity.
Responsibilities:-
- The candidate should have core HR skills like Business Partnering, Talent Management & Engagement:-
- Develop pre-engagement framework for new hires, collaborate with managers to ensure execution. Conduct induction and facilitate the on-boarding of new hires. Serves as a credible resource for knowledge of the HR technical area and internal policies and procedure
- Structured connects with new hires to understand their assimilation in to the teams and organization
- Structured meaningful conversations / connects (team, 1:1, Diversity, top talent, technical, manager, high risk pool)
- Manage performance & compensation reviews (bonus payouts, off cycle corrections, promotions). Ensure periodic checks / audits on employee data for accuracy (manager , Cost center, location etc.)
- Monthly report of HR metrics to business leaders
- Proactive engagement with managers to understand challenges and employee concerns.Partner with manager to devise appropriate solutions / address concerns
- Roll out employee engagement surveys / pulse surveys and prepare action plan to address the concerns
- Induction & New Hire experience at site; Training requirements & execution at site; Support site specific events / cultural fest
- Employee grievances / concerns / POSH;Review of Exit process for employees at site.
- Coordinate compliance related activities with support from external partner. Support internal / external audits
- Post graduate degree in Management (MBA in HR) is preferred
- Minimum 8 – 10 years’ experience in HR domain especially in a reputed global technology centre / product company.
- BP HR or Organisational /behavioural Change certification is plus
