The Human Resources organization is undergoing a tremendous multiyear transformation effort. In support of this, the Human Resources Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team is looking for a new India Human Resources business manager, to support the Head of Human Resources for the India Corporate Centers in driving key initiatives. The successful candidate will interact with a range of leaders and subject matter experts at all levels across the globe, acting as a trusted advisor and counterweight to the Head of Human Resources.
This is a time-pressured and high-profile position which is instrumental in coordinating the deployment of the function’s resources to address strategic and tactical objectives. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can think strategically, build relationships and execute at pace.
Responsibilities:-
- Acting as a strategic partner to the head of Human Resources for the India Corporate Centers in all aspects of the function: strategy, controls, people and financial performance
- Working closely with the India Human Resources leadership team on key deliverables and routines (leadership team agendas, priority setting, strategy planning sessions, business reviews etc.)
- Working with leaders on emerging business needs which may include bringing together subject matter experts to frame an issue, and propose initial implementation plans, often for a senior set of decision makers.
- Creating presentations, briefings and other materials for key meetings and presentations to senior audiences.
- Managing all financial and headcount reporting, including productivity targets, headcount forecasting, hiring and vendor expense, with a detailed understanding of the drivers and context behind the expense base.
- Developing insightful reporting that helps our leaders understand key performance and risk indicators, and what actions we need to take to manage risk and optimize performance. Utilizing analytical skills to gather and review data, identify trends and underlying causes.
- Handling communications (e.g. Town Halls) and other Human Resources employee engagement activities
- Coordinating the agenda and logistics for senior visits to the India Corporate Centers e.g. Human Resources Operating Committee members.
- Partnering with Human Resources Controls to help escalate and remediate gaps or risks to the control environment of the function, and managing any control related governance.
- Supporting real estate capacity and location strategy execution
- Acting as key point of contact for the India Human Resources team to help identify, facilitate and achieve business objectives and opportunities
Qualifications And Experience:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
- Previous Business Management, Human Resources or Strategy experience
- Energetic and dynamic in style
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
- Present well to senior and global business heads
- Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to both define and deliver to conclusion a strategic agenda across multiple groups
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with logical thought process
