You will be working as HR Operations Team Lead – ELC and reporting to HR Operations Hub Delivery Lead AMEA & NAM based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be leading a team of 10 people and will take full accountability for the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle Management process, delivering high-quality services against globally agreed performance targets. Ensuring a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. Supporting the globally set standards for HR Operations and ensuring that the local legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to HR Operations Hub processes of the respective Country.
Responsibilities:-
- Driving the end-to-end HR Operations in one or more respective Countries and or Service Line(s) and supervising the team. Delivering services according to signed-off processes, KPI and quality targets in a timely and accurate manner
- Leading internal controls and GDPR over HR transactions in collaboration with the HR Front Office Manager / HR Operations Manager. Supporting the Front Office Manager to implement global initiatives like acquisitions, divestments, new policies, etc. in the respective team(s)
- Delivering HR services with a high degree of customer orientation and an exemplary and proactive ‘can-do attitude’. Driving the enhancement of the Customer Experience Journey by analyzing received customer feedback and taking according actions
- Supporting cross-collaboration within HR Operations and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools, thereby promoting synergies. Holding accountability for escalations and driving resolutions
- Setting targets and managing performance for direct reports. Proactively growing the capability of the team, encouraging open discussion of development needs for the team and individuals. Leading the team by example and the required cultural sensitivity
- Developing bench strength and succession plans for key roles within the team, understanding the strengths of individual team members and allocating assignments accordingly. Encouraging and fostering personal career paths and development opportunities
- Continuously analyzing and optimizing operational performance across the team, addressing issues and implementing a culture of continuous improvements. Managing ongoing improvement activities such as training, knowledge transfer and regular quality checks
Qualification And Experience:-
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization with minimum 4 years of experience as a People manager
- Hands on experience on SAP and Workday knowledge will be advantageous. Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage a team size of 8 to 10 members and flexible to work in US shifts (5: 30 pm to 2: 30 am)
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high-transaction team environment
